PaperSave Sales Associate

PaperSave is seeking to add a Sales Associate (SA) to assist the senior members and leadership of the sales team. The mission of the Sales Associate is to understand prospects’ needs and qualify them for the PaperSave solution.

PaperSave Help Desk Technician

This position is the first line of contact with our PaperSave customers in need of technical support. The request may originate by eMail, telephone or via the portal. The help desk technician will handle the initial resolution attempt by using the Knowledge Base to research the issue. The technician will be expected to learn our product in order to answer basic support questions that arise and eventually resolve more complex issues. The position requires working closely with management, other support/installation technicians, and customers to provide high quality customer support in a professional and courteous manner.

PaperSave Professional Services Coordinator

Our PaperSave Professional Services Group delivers document management, workflow, and transaction automation products and services to companies located throughout North America. Our team is searching for a dynamic individual to help track, coordinate, and drive projects to their successful completion in the role of a Professional Services Coordinator. This person should have scheduling/coordinating and project management experience and be professional, courteous, and self-motivated.

Technical Writer

The technical writer position will design, develop, and write technical product documentation according to departmental guidelines for a variety of audiences, support the documentation development life cycle (DDLC) and contribute to the development of internal documentation standards and methodology.

Associate Software Engineer/Software Engineer

The software engineer position will develop software according to the published software development plans, comply with all software development and quality assurance processes and participate in reviews of processes.

Cloud Administrator

The cloud administrator position will set up, administer and maintain cloud services, specifically administering Amazon Web Services EC2, S3, and RDBMS; and/or other cloud environments such as based on VMware or Windows Azure.

MS Dynamics AX Consultant

The MS Dynamics AX consultant position will be responsible for customization and development of tables, forms, reports and other AX objects, data migration from legacy systems, debugging and design and development of integration to external systems using AIF or .Net web services.

MS Dynamics CRM Consultant
